I have an ingrown toenail on each big toe. I've tried to keep it clean but it is inflamed and painful. I'm certain it will need local anaesthetic cutting all the way down. One has started to become infected despite trying to keep it clean and dry and daily disinfecting bath. I would like quotes for reconstruction surgery or just immediate/emergency short term relief by cutting away the shard that is impaling. Price is a factor unfortunately as I'm being made redundant but NHS waiting times are weeks and it's getting worse.
