I am looking for an unmonitored alarm system for a house with 3 bedrooms (with the 3 bedrooms monitored, together with the downstairs hall, kitchen and living room). I need an alarm system where the downstairs can be activated while the upstairs is deactivated (so I can have the alarm switched on when I am occupying the upstairs at night).
