We are in the process of buy a house with uPVC double glazing. The survey has picked up on a couple of issues with the windows. Some are sticking and need maintenance and some have blown seals. Also the lintel above one of the front windows has slipped and need repairing. We want to arrange someone to go and look at the issues then provide us with quotes for the work that needs doing before we continue the purchase.
