Closed Restore SKY reception to the bedroom

Reconnect Sky channels to the bedroom, at the moment I have lost SKY and can only get Freeview, upstairs. A local TV engineer set it all up brilliantly but I have no contact details! I have forgotten the code I had to enter! I live in Hurstpierpoint. I THINK he was from Burgess Hill All my fault......81 and none too well
