We are in the process of buying a semi-detached house in North Bradley. House needs a lot work done to it. Roof needs doing and we would like to make a bedroom in the attic with en-suite and probably dormer window. We also need help with planning permission. Advice how to make house work better. We have a limited budget so we are not looking for an achitectural statement - we just want a nice house that would be easy to sell on as well.
