Hi my problem is my back bottom left wisdom tooth I've been having problems with it going back 7-8 months now, after a few weeks of it starting it became that painful the only time the pain would stop is if I had water in my mouth, I had to sleep holding water in my mouth otherwise I'd be up all night/day but I haven't had to do this again since. I did go to a dentist but he found no issues, and gave me antibiotics and told me to find a dentist which is impossible, I've since moved locations and still trying to find somewhere but I really need this gone, it comes and goes all the time, it's hot around the area the inner cheeks and gums that is and this also comes and goes, where the tooth is inbetween the wisdom tooth and the one next to it, it seems to get infected and becomes painful, it goes purple/blue and then after a couple of days a white head forms, I had to squeeze it due to the discomfort and pain and it worked but puss cames out, also under my jaw swells up all the time, my glan under the jawbone is always out and painful and I have another ball like lump next to it which is even more painful with swelling around it, also this may sound weird but occasionally when I close my mouth my right side teeth back and middle don't touch it's always the one that's causing me problems but that does come and go, I'm constantly feeling discomfort can anyone help please?? My income isn't good, I'm working 3 days a week and currently of for 2 weeks holiday I'm also a dad so my money isn't great so would it be possible if we could come to some sort of agreement? It's not a lot but I get £65 on Monday and then I have to wait until payday but it depends on how much this will cost as I might have to save for a few weeks.
