Downstairs loo not flushing. It’s not the float, I’ve tried that. Someone suggested it might be a bladder, or something!! Would appreciate great quote for what I am hoping is a pretty small job. I would also like prices for replacing kitchen sink and also removing an old boiler (not me!). Though the loo would be the first job done. Thank you
