I am unable to get many of my TV channels''. Some are ok, but the ones that I cannot receive, show the message, 'The receiver is not receiving a signal or the signal is too weak'. The signal strength and quality for the channels that I can receive are both showing high readings. Also, I am unable to access the back of my TV, to fit a Fire stick that I have been given.
