Sorry to disturb you but do you repair Electrolux washer dryers in Kendal? I believe the valve solenoid to have broken as water is not redirecting to the fabric softener tray during the rinse cycle and comes out in the prewar tray. There is no blockage in the tray holes or in the roof of the housing. Thank you
