Want to replace existing standard gas boiler with hot water tank with combi-boiler. Property is a 60/70's built modern 3 bed bungalow, with 3 beds and bath/shower, currently has 7-8 radiators. The boiler is in the kitchen mounted at head height in a cupboard sited near the centre of the property just one side of the ridge. Immediately on the other side of the wall where the boiler if fitted is the airing cupboard with existing hot water tank, we require the new combi-boiler to be fitted in the airing cupboard and hot tank removed. Please quote for existing property needs and also quote for a boiler that could run 9-10 radiators, a bath/shower and another shower, this is because we may extend in the future and may possibly future proof the boiler.
