Residential care with en-suite facilities. The security of 24 hour emergency, in house assistance. Good food essential plus comfortable accommodation and proximity to town centre. Whilst at the moment not full dementia, there is occasional confusion & short-term memory loss. Supervision of medication and assistance to bathe. Laundry service. Can still climb stairs, but, looking to the future, a lift would be good, or ground floor accommodation. A relaxed and happy environment where people are respected and not diminished by staff attitude.
