Knock through stud partition wall in garage to make one space with full plaster boarding & plaster along walls and ceiling, electrical work (plug sockets, lighting, air conditioning), cupboard storage along one wall and rubber-flooring throughout as converting into a gym. May need movement of gas/electric meters although am checking with British Gas to do this part.
