I am enquiring if you could give me a quote for having a downstairs cloakroom bathroom installed under the stairs and 1 would value an experts opinion on prices and realistic ideas. It would need to have an internal breeze block wall opened to give enough room for the bathroom as there is a segregated space in the garage which backs on to the under stairs cupboard. All waste and water would need to be inserted, however, there is power.
