All my windows are very dirty plus the window sills need cleaning, the last time I got them cleaned was by that idiot baldy you got arsey because I told him that he didn't clean the window sills He said "Well did you ask me to clean them?" I replied "Well its normal practice". Then he said "Oh forget it!" and stormed off like a petulant child, well he did have his young son with him! Since then he stares at me like the Village idiot he is that was over 5 years ago. He didn't even clean my windows properly.
