I have had work done at my property and have been grossly overcharged as well as despite eight requests I have received no documentation The matter has been reported to Trading Standards and Surrey Police as well as action fraud but they are doubtful that a criminal charge can be sustained and recomend possible civil action. I would welcome the chance to discuss the issues involved.
