I am not really sure. I fell in October and had to get a full hip replacement. Unfortunatly the operation damaged the sciatic nerve. I have been informed by my consultant and physiotherapist that it can take a year to improve. My limp I feel isn't getting much better. My big toe can be very painful and now turns upwards toward my ankle, it also overlaps my second toe making it painful as well. The sole of my foot is also very painful when I walk. I have tried toe foam, self adhesive padding and various insoles, but nothing seems to work. Could anyone advise me where I am going wrong. Thanks.
