Closed Scooter respray

Have a 1970 Lambretta GP 150 which has been garaged for 30 years. My son in law attempted to respray it which resulted in slight pitting to frame due to not being prepared properly. No rust. How much would it cost for a respray in either ochre or its current turquoise panels/ horncasting and white frame.
