Dear accountants, I'm a UK resident, GBP/Canadian dual national. I am currently employed full-time in the UK and have been offered consultancy from a Canadian company to be paid in CAD$. As this will require tax filing beyond what is covered by PAYE, I am looking for guidance in how to proceed with ensuring I stay within tax-guidelines and will require assistance for the self-asssement which will be due Jan 2021. Would I need to file in both countries or only 1? (My resident status will remain in the UK) Any advice would be most appreciated, inclusive of an indication of the anticipated expense which would be incurred to complete my return(s). Kind regards, Brian Philip
