I live in pembrokeshire and need a surveyor to look at my title deeds and advise on the boundary measurements and those of the local ordnance survey maps, and to provide a report for insurance purposes following a boundary dispute. The dispute i have is with a local building inspector and i am experiencing conflicts of interest with local surveyors and need someone out of the area who does not come into contact with the person i have the dispute with. I need the report on my boundary lines in order that i may forward to insurance company following a party wall breach by the individual concerned. Thank you.
