I am hoping to buy a 2 bed bungalow with partial flat roof (L Shape) I am having a standard valuation done for the mortgage but would like a more detailed survey particularly of the flat roof. I am wondering what the cost of this would be? Is it possible to have just a flat roof survey done or do I need a full buildings survey? Many thanks
