Closed Car body work - paint repair

Hi - my MAZDA MX5 2011 2.00 Sport Tech Coupe (dark red) has fairly suddenly developed some odd white spots. I thought perhaps nasty bird droppings though I am always careful to remove them ASAP. I understand they are actually corrosion although no actual rust is visible. They are in the region of the join where Power Retractable Hard Top (PRHT) meets the body work. There are two areas . Also some general minor scratches in the area of door locks although these are purely cosmetic. Sue Sellers
