Removal of a virus and clean up of system on a desktop. Not sure quite was has gone wrong but my mother is unable to get on the internet and her system is frustratingly slow. She needs a wipe on the system and the ability to access internet, as she did before. She suspects it is a Trojan and has already had her Hotmail hacked.
