31 year old male, natural movement and parkour coach. Landed a jump from 2m up traveling 4m and ground gave way forcing my left knee to externally rotate, causing a valgus collapse, taking the majority of impact. Knee nearly dislocated as it was twisted. Alot of swelling and couldn't walk. Didn't seek medical examination. It's been 76 days since the injury and I can walk, perform body weight parallel squat though is noticeably weak and still cannot access max knee extension and flexion. Was looking for a professional opinion and guidance to assist with recovery outside of my approach which is mostly the functional range systems thought process. Thanks.
