I have a 3 year old lenovo laptop. It has hardly been used and I have never been on dodgy websites. It is used mainly for word, music and shopping, amazon etc. When I switched it on it would not complete its start up. The self diagnostic failed. Could you give me a rough estimate of the cost. Thanks
