Hi there. I have been experiencing hip and lower back pain for approximately 1yr. I have been assessed by a physio and he says I need a steroid injection in my hip joint. Because of covid this has been postponed and my pain is getting worse. My friend has advised I see if there is any other way of releasing the pain I am in so enquiring your fees. I am a nurse and currently struggling work wise due to this pain.
