Hello, Joann Fitzgerald at Portal in Harefield uses your services. As there is a need to get our office ‘Covid Safe’ would you be interested in quoting the following: Level 2: Daily cleaning and sanitisation - everyday cleaning by the regular cleaning company, but with special attention to surfaces used and touched by employees. Level 3: Monthly Deep cleaning – regular cleaning company cleaning all surfaces used and touched by employees using chlorine solutions. Surfaces like door handles, desks, keyboards, facility panels (printers, scanners etc.) Level 4: Deep clean sanitisation – sanitising the entire office using professional sanitising companies – to be used in case there is a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case on the premises – quote and speed of reaction time please. Our office is approx. 900 square feet and there are 6 work stations. I anticipate a level 3 clean say on 1st July and 1st monthly and level 2 daily.
