Hello; I'm a PhD student at History Department at Ankara University in Turkey. I want to translate following book from English to Turkish. This book was published by W Heffer & Sons Ltd. in 1925. Translator of the book William Harrison Moreland was dead 28 September 1938, but P. Geyl was died 31 December 1966 and because of this situation copyright issue has occurred. I want to solve this issue. If you authorized person of W Heffer & Sons Ltd, I ask for a permission from you so that other people can benefit from this book.
