My sister has given me a financial Power Attorney which was registered by the public Guardian Scotland two years ago. This has been notified to our bank and Dwp. I now need to send certified copies to her works pensions provider and a bond issuer. The copies have to be accompanied by my proof of identity. The POA consists of 3 A4 sheets printed both sides.
