I have been long term depressed. I am on medication for this. I have been through two CBT groups and they have limited effect and haven't really helped. I have had a really bad life in terms of things happening to me. I have had a recent bereavement with the passing of my dad,who was my best friend. I have had my problems escalated with my partner ending our relationship for no reason. I am in utter turmoil. I have immense anger building up in me with grief and I have nowhere else to turn.
