Dear Sirs, I am inquiring about a venue for the annual Reunion lunch of the Marconi Veterans' Association (MVA). Our current venue of many years has been sold and is now unable to fulfil our requirements. Consequently, we are looking for a new venue for our annual Reunion lunch and AGM, which lasts a matter of minutes (sometimes seconds). Our requirements are as follows: Seating requirements - 150 approx Date - Saturday 17th April 2021 11am - 4pm (we try for a date as close to Marconi's birthday as possible - 25th April) Bar. Sound system (for speeches). Reserved Parking for 6-8 cars. Alternative meals for vegetarians, gluten free etc. Marconi has been a great influence on Chelmsford and it would fitting if you were able to accommodate our Reunion.
