I have a small two bedroom cottage in Manor Street, West Coker. I would like a chimney breast taken out, an upstairs partition wall between the two bedrooms moved across 2ft. I would like a loo and small sink installed upstairs. There is also some work downstairs that I would like doing, which includes installing a bathroom and kitchen, not the kitchen units.. I would like the work started as soon as possible as I need to move into the property in the very near future.
