Closed Pfaff sewing machine repairs

Repairs or servicing to a Pfaff Creative 7530 which has broken down. The display screen is not showing its usual information and I cannot set it to stitch. A number of times it said “ Internal error “ other times just numbers and letters and even some words in German ! I can manually move the needle up and down but cannot control this with the foot pedal. (I have checked the bobbin winder when doing this). I have brushed in around the bobbin to clean as much as I can but there may be some threads or fluff that I can’t see.
