We are looking to buy a piece of land from our rear neighbour measuring approx 30ft x 12ft to extend our garden. The neighbour is keen to agree a sale but we would like to get the land valued. We would only be using the land for garden an there would be a restrictive covenant in place for this. Thanks, Tom
