I have a 94 year old mother living in Bishopbriggs. She is almost blind. I live in France but usually visit once a month but due to virus making us stay at home, I have not been able to cut her finger and toe nails. She now cannot put her shoes or slippers on due to pain. Is there anyone who could visit her at home to do this. She has carers twice a day but they say they are not allowed. Can anyone help please
