Demolition of 11x22ft brick garage & removal of rubble, base to remain. One side wall backs onto public footpath & would require a fence to be erected in it's place. After removal, the fence to be erected using 6x6ft overlap panels & slotted concrete posts to allow occasional panel removal. Concrete base to be made level (if required) in preparation for 11x20ft summerhouse.
