I have a pair of data cables from a Mitutoyo DRO with round 6 pin connectors on the ends. A continuity check shows that one of the 6 wires has a break in both steel armoured cables. I would like someone to carry out a more professional check and, hopefully to carry out a repair by shortening the cables to cut out the breaks.
