We bought our property with the help to buy equity loan scheme 10 years ago and now want to remortgage to own the full value of the property. We have had a valuation survey for £175,000 and will need to raise 41% of this to complete the transaction with the Housing Association, Moat. We are in the process of getting mortgage quotes and will need a solicitor to complete the legal work with Moat and wonder if this is something you can do, and if so how much it will cost.
