I need to request information from a house visit I requested from a company called Rehau in respect of an invite to them by me, to send out an engineer to issue a report on windows with material supplied by them to a fabricator and then to the installer who fitted them for me. a report was given to both the fabricator and to the supplier yesterday but has been refused to me I requested them into my home as I thought they would be interested in seeing the workmanship of someone using their product, but they will only deal with the fabricator and installer who I also have issues with water damage inside which I have never had before.
