I'm looking for a Window Cleaner to clean the outside glass and frames of my first floor flat. I have 4 at the front and 4 plus a balcony door at the back. The back of the flat can be accessed by using my downstairs neighbours back garden, although the back bedroom can be accessed by the footpath.
