New roof on Victorian terrace built 1854. 2 dormers one front one back. 90m2 I know prices of Spanish slates or the Thurston etc man made ones. I would like a roofer who is willing to break down the price of each material and labour cost, not just an overall price. 3 floors front 4 floors back. New small velux window. Anthracite cladding round dormers. Gutters on top elevation only
