Dear Sir / Madame My name is Craig Watson, I live in Blyth and I have been tasked to find a hall or suitable premises for our Priest who lives in the Cottingham area but over sees the North East, UK wing of "The Old Apostolic Church" founded in South Africa which is a charity based organisation. I am looking to find a regular congregation meeting place on the first Sunday of each month starting around May 2020, for the members of the Newcastle area. One of our current halls is in Stockton-on-Tees but as we have a higher concentration of the congregating in the Newcastle area we are looking to change the venue to make it more accessible to more of the local members. Our normal terms are to rent the premises for three hours each month & we usually get a 30 minute set-up & a 30 minute clean up allowance which I think is the norm. I am looking for a premises that has chairs for the congregation & some tables with the use of a small kitchen, to be a heated in the winter & possible wi-fi connection for our members further a field to dial in. The hall size would need to manage a congragation of around 50-80 members at this point The service held for the members, consists of the priest & elders opening up the service with pray, some choir singing with assistance from recorded music & finishes with tea & cake hence the need for a kitchen & tables etc. Ideal I am looking to do the leg work for the Priest, find the right venue, sort out some initial prices etc. then hand the information over to the Priest who will then finalise the details with yourself. Regards Craig Watson
