Loft room already in situ but access not acceptable to class it as a bedroom. Need proper staircase and hopefully a shower room and toilet.
Proper stair case access to existing loft room plus a shower room/ toilet. We cannot get access until 9th March as there is a tenant in at the moment. We are intending to return to the bungalow once it has been upgraded. May also need a sunroom if if can be placed on an existing wooden decking. Could meet with you from the 9th onwards.
