My PC Is saying Recovery Your PC/Device needs to be repaired The boot configuration data for your pc is missing or contains errors File:\Boot\BCD Error code: 0xc000014c You'll need to use a recovery tools. If you dont have have any installation media (like a disc or usb drive), contact your PC administrator or pc / device manufacturer.

    Repair My Pc, posted on Friday 6 March 2020 Hi Jack I am almost certain that the Hard Drive has failed, that is why it can not load correctly, you might be able to recover data (pics, docs etc) but would be able to find out until the hard drive has been removed, you can download windows 10 for FREE from Microsoft, just make sure you have the correct version that was already installed on your machine......I am in ellesmere port so probably a bit far for you but I hope this information helps, please get in touch if you need anymore information...… Jon (repairmypc.me.uk)
