Closed Pet Grooming and nail clipping

I have an extremely friendly chocolate Labrador Mollie who is 8 years old with a fabulous nature. But she can't stand getting her paws touched (unless it is just giving a paw) never mind getting her nails clipped - which really need done. I just don't want her too stressed. Can you assist? Also would like her bathed and groomed but she doesn't like dryer so quite happy if she is still a bit damp when I get her back.
