I need a quote to collect my elderly mother (has alzheimers) from her home in Countesthorpe (needs to collect from door and ensure door is locked) 09:30 Mon-Fri and deliver to Woodmarket House Lutterworth (Care home) taking into the home and handing her over to staff. Return journey collect from Lutterworth Care home at 18:30 from inside the care home and delivering back to Countesthorpe ensuring she is in home and has locked the door. The service must be invoiced as the County Council are ultimately paying for the service.
