Our television won't switch on. This has been happening for a few months. When it did switch on, it would turn itself off after a while and then come back on automatically. Since trying to turn it on yesterday am, we have been unable to turn it on. We have a blinking red light. I have been on a couple of forums and see that this is a common fault to lots of models (We have a Samsung 48" UHD). We have tried the reset button, un-plugging it, leaving it for a while and even over night, to no avail. One of the forums stated that if the T.V is 4-5 years old, buy a new one, it's not worth the repair. If this is true, then we won't have it repaired, but ours is not 4 years old until next month!!!!! Please can I have your thoughts on this.
