Hello, I am looking to rent with a housing association in the Manvers area. I am wanting a 2 or 3 bedroom house as me and my partner are expecting a baby. I am currently working but my partner isn't so we are living on the wages I fetch in. We can afford between £400 and £450pcm we are wanting a new build as there wont be much work to be done to the property so more money will go towards the baby. We are currently living with parents so there isn't much space and will be even less when the baby is here. We are wanting to be in the new houses that have been built on manvers because we know a friend that lives there and really like the properties. I would be grateful if you got back to me to give me more information on the choices we have. thankyou.
