I want to get a headstone on my girlfriends grave, she passed away on 19th November 2019. After getting Cancer for the second time, this time was terminal with no chance of recovery, she was admitted to hospital and after 5-6 weeks of severe pain she lost the fight to live of the young age of 45 years old.
