We are local authority Housing department has mediation in its anti social behaviour procedures and need to have someone or an agency we can call to provide conflict resolution to residents on behalf of the council.

It is difficult to say how many cases would be referred per year - we manage anti-social behaviour for the Local Authority - we have probably 8 cases waiting. The cases we would refer would be for mediation or conflict resolution 1-1 sessions. Referrals would be from the individual Housing Officers, but we are open to suggestions.
