A Management Fee quotation for Mablethorpe park, LN12 2AP. The park consists of 25 Privately owned chalet bungalows, with a lease charge (Ground Rent)for the ground they sit on. We are currently contesting the Management Agent fees, which have risen 600% in the last 5 years! Their sole responsibility is to manage the communal areas for the landlord, he's London based, as was the previous agent, but the new agent is now in Tunbridge wells Kent! They currently collect yearly ground rent, they produce a service charge budget forecast, collect service charges, deal with maintenance issues for the communal areas, and produce validated yearly accounts.
